about shadix
philosophy
shadix was built on a simple premise: minecraft is best played without boundaries. i believe in total player freedom. there are no admins interfering with gameplay, no claimed land, and no protected chests. the world is yours to take, even by force.
server history
founded in 2025, shadix is the fifth and final iteration of many anarchy servers i have made since 2019. the world on this server will never reset, and i plan to keep it running for years to come, unlike my previous servers.

the reason for the creation of this final server is unfortunate. an anarchy server i had played on for almost five years had transferred ownership, and the new owner set anti-cheats in place, disabled the nether roof, enabled chat reporting, and perm-banned players for minor chat offenses. this is what i actively want to avoid when building a server. players deserve freedom to create and destroy, and deserve freedom of speech.
is there a discord/ts server?
no, and i will never make a discord server. teamspeak maybe, but discord is not a good company. i do not like the corporate feel of discord. for now, you can just use the minecraft chat. any discord servers you see of this server are not official. the only official online presence of the minecraft server is this website.
